    new course, what you think??

    great results from last course..did pct this time and been off for months. have kept stregth which is a huge bonus, although not trained for a month, startin gcourse this week

    one oxy per day for four weeks
    2 ml sustanon (300mg/ml) twice weekly from week three till week eight, five weeks on
    2 ml t400 twice weekly from week 8 till week 13, 5 weeks on
    1 ml tren e (200mg/ml) twice weekly from week three, maybe going to 1ml and 1.5 ml for middle part of course.

    have pct ready, also gonna take thyroxin and clen for last 5 weeks

    advice??

    well i thought the oxy and sus would get into my system with a bang, the t400 i use is longer lasting esters so was gonnachange halfway....had fantstic results with tren e last time....im not a bodybuilder, sit around 280/300lb, deadlift 250kg raw for 6 reps, bench 180kg for 5 reps, just wanna improve those figures...

    got my diest sorted this time, lots of rice, fish and pasta and doing cardio 3 times a week for fitness, drinking lots of water...then gear is a bit hot and miss experiment with me as i find it hard to get reliable info, just going on what i know works for me, although the oxy im using this time is a difgferent brand

    Age 41
    Training almost 20 years
    2 oral only and three courses of jabs in that time
    No intention of bodybuilding just train to be big and strong
    Aprox 280lb at 6ft tall
    Bench 200kg, deadlift 270kg, aiming for 225 kg bench and 300kg deadlift all lifts raw
    Hcg for pct drinking lots of water daily and trying to eat every 3 hours..diet always been my weak point
