Oh, well I hear that straight Crisco is calorie-dense and doesn't require any prep...
Seriously, how hard is it to buy a few things and toss them in a blender for a minute?? You can make a 2,000 cal shake and split it into several servings. If you can't be bothered to do that, how do you even get out of bed in the morning... or find the will to breathe?

Want some good weight.... want the best... heres how you do it: Go to a local grocery store... buy 30 packages of bacon.... go home and cook all the bacon in a huge stir fry pan.... then take the bacon out and eat it if you like but thats not the main part..... after the bacon is out you see a pool of bacon oil in the frying pan DONT THROW IT OUT...... add a cup of olive oil..... lots of salt and what ever spices....... now let it sit in the pan over night..... when you wake up in the morning you will have some thing that looks like a spreadable butter..... Buy some High carb bread..... and take the beautiful bacon recipe and spread it all over..... you can add cheese.... some meat...... and eat 5 of those a day or more and let me tell you my son you will get some great weight gain...lol.... dont tell no one this secret

Ok, I'll try and explain where I'm at on this whole whey thing. I've seen the whey protein shit in gyms and health food stores. But when you were all saying, get whey, peanut butter, milk, all that shit. I thought that you meant buy raw whey. I don't know what whey is, so I asked where to get it. Now if you're all asking me to get whey protein, which I'm now assuming is the whey protein shakes, then cool. What's a good one?

Mate, Listen. I couldn't give a **** about whey. It isn't something I've spent time learning about. I don't hang out with meat heads. So protein shakes, whey, steroids , or any other body building related topics aren't spoke of. That's why I joined this forum, to find out about this shit. So if you don't mind, keep your snide remarks for someone who's supposed to know this shit.
Everyone, please. You're speaking to a complete novice. Yes I've been lifting weights, and done a couple of courses, over the last 2 years. But I'm not part of the culture at all. Try to comprehend that. Imagine if you wanted to become a ballerina (obviously all of you do ), and wanted to learn about the moves and shit, then you went to a forum, and people were near enough mocking you for your lack of knowledge. I don't think you would appreciate it so much.

Best weight gainer shake IMO is half a serve of Optimum Serious Mass combined with a serve of Optimum Gold standard.
