Reached my goal of 110kg/240lbs
4 weeks into cycle.
(Gained 10kg/20lbs)
How is the best way to proceed?
Adjust diet to stay at this weight, replacing fat/water with muscle?
Or ballon to 115kg/250lbs, for later to loose 5kg/10lbs?

If it is lean muscle weight, I say keep going. Is is easier to drop weight than move up, muscle weight that is.

Factor what your prolly gonna lose from pct and add more weight accordingly, if you end up a little past what you want introduce yourself to a treadmill.
Nice stats keep it up

Ok.
I understand most people loose a little during PCT, but isn´t that because they start slacking on workout and diet?
It must be tough to keep it up when the high test euphoria is gone, and I´ll find out myself in a few weeks.
I´ve also read if I maintain the exercise schedule and diet, I can actually continue gains in PCT.
Guess it´s easier to go past my goal weight and shed after my cycle, so I´ll maintain the same cal. and carb.
I´ll start reading up on post cycle workout and diet soon, there are a few theories out there.
