age 57
Weight 200
height 5'11
Years training 1 in the last ten years on and off before
Cycle none
TRT 200MG Week Arimidex .5 e3d
My last blood work was about 3 months ago Total T was 1287 range 300-1000Total E was 200
Doc did not do Freet T or E2 will get them done this time. Doc wanted to change script but since I was doing the Challenge talked him into just giving me the Arimidex and retesting in April
Well it is april my question is can i continue to cruise at this level or do I need to nock it down. My plan is to drop down to 100mg a week for three weeks before testing I skiped last weeks shoot completly. will drop Androsol to .5 2/weekly want to see where that puts me and to make sure doc does not freek would like to keep script for 200/week
So I can blast once in a while if needed.
I would like some input.Last edited by VegasRenegade; 04-01-2011 at 10:16 AM.

I am on 200mg per week for TRT as well and when I blast I just time the half-lifes of the drugs to make a easy transition in and out. I followed Marcus' priming guide and I will usually snag 5-8lbs and keep 90% of it when I transition back to cruising.
The blast I am currently on will be my last for a bit since I am starting to feel that my body is getting burned out.

Most doctors want to keep you in the physiologic range for testosterone not above it. You say your doc gave you the androsol ? do you mean androgel ? from my meager knowlege I thought adrosol was a prohormone and not a prescription product?
Anyway I agree with the general direction you seem to be heading lessening your average T level and blasting from time to time. I am on home TRT and have talked to several board members who are doing the same and they feel that once you get your bloodwork stabil then you can get best results by doing short blasts one month on one month off and usually stay pretty safe with the only major problem being high RBC's which can be addressed by donating blood. Then as long as you eat careful and do your cardio you lipids will usually stay decent but if they go south naturally you need to lessen blasts.
