Hi all!!
I'm brand new to the forum and I would like to introduce myself. First off mad respect to all cause I have seen some of the profile pics and you guys are HUGE!! I am 24 and have never used AAS. I have been working out for about 2 years but I decided that it is time to start juicing. Currently I am 6 2 and 200 pounds with around 16 percent bf. My ultimate goal is 240 and 10 percent bf.
I have a ton of questions and if I get annoying I don't mean anything by it. I am just excited about starting but there is so much I don't know. Any and all responses welcome!Last edited by heftyharry; 04-01-2011 at 09:17 PM.

Welcome to the board. Best advice for you would be.... Dont be in a rush to get your hands on AAS. Stick around a while, check out our diet and training forums and get those aspects of your game fine tuned while you read up in the AAS Q&A section

Thanks man. I don't want you to think I'm in a rush though. I've been working out for a couple years now with decent results (gained 10 pounds of solid muscle) and I've been doing research on AAS for a while. I know a decent amount about diet, training and supplementation. Now that I've finally decided I actually want to do a cycle, I joined the forum to learn more about AAS.
What would you guys reccomend for a first cycle? I've heard 400mg of deca for 8 weeks is a good beginners cycle, but I've also heard that deca 'shuts you down', which I think means shrinks your balls.
Are there any steroids out there that don't shrink your balls and make your hair fall out and give you ed when your 30?

Do not listen to anything tis friend tells you. We don't like to spoonfeed new members but i'm feeling generous today.
Your testicles produce testosterone , this is controlled by your HPTA (hypothalmic pituitary testicular axis) which functions through a feedback loop.
AAS are derivitives of testosterone, your HPTA kinda recognizes these chemicals as testosterone and tells your testicles "hey no more test" So your testicles shut down and shrink. We refer to this as being shut down. Some AAS shut you down more than others. Deca is in a family of steroids known as 19 nors and they are very suppressive.
Without testosterone your body will have some problems, mainly your dick will be useless for anything but urinating.
As far as going bald, thats a side effect of DHT derivative AAS and is effected by your genetics as well.
No offense but you have no grasp of how AAS functions in your body.
Read all the educational threads. Then read all the stickied threads in this section. Then go to steroid .com and read profiles of other steroids. After that read all the stickied threads in the PCT forum then come back and ask questions about AAS if you still have them

I assume Scotty is talking about the friend who told the OP that a Deca only cycle is good for a beginner.

^^ Yes. I meant to specify that actually slimmer, I'm so use to hearing people say my freind says, that i've got use to writting that even though the op didn't specificly say where he heard that deca only would be a good cycle

Post your diet in the diet sections of the forum, chances are you aren't eating as well as you could be. Training is 80% diet.
