    First cycle :)

    hello...
im 22 years old, i worked out for 2 years then stopped for 6 months due to injury in my back i got in match (MMA) and now i returned to bodybuilding a year ago
so its 3 years of working out with 6 months of pausing
im 5'11' and weight 190lb with 15.5% fat percent (might not be very accurate i got it from website when i put my stats and it came up with this percentage)
im very well educated with steroids and cycles and PCT since i have been making research for the last 3 years
but i have few questions that i didnt get answer for
    so i have 3 questions
    1) is my age good for starting cycle
    2) is my experience good. or i should try to gain more muscle and weight naturally
3)if the answer for Q1 & Q2 is yes, then should i lower my fat percent before starting ????
    thank you very much
    Nikoli....

I would say to wait till 24.

I'd get that bodyfat down as you say you have returned to bodybuilding so I'd recommend the 10-12% range and try to aim for 200lbs.

What are your goals for bodybuilding? Plan to compete or merely for yourself?

Well with any bodybuilder I think its a smart idea to maximize their natural potential as much as possible as I feel this will allow them to take it further in the long run.

Thats just my opinion though, no facts to back it up. At your height just to compete nationally at you'll need to be in either the top range of the heavyweights 220-225 or a

superheavy which is 225+. Many factors go into this like ones shape and structure.

I'd start with cleaning up the diet, learning better more effect ways to train, the bodybuilding game as in contest prep, all while learning more about cycles

I would say that would be a good goal and once you reach that a simple test-e cycle should be effective
