Starting first cycle of H-Drol within a month of two, need some help
Ok so...I plan on running Life support 2 weeks prior to my Hdrol cycle 50/75/75/75/75. I will continue to take that until my Hdrol cycle is over. Then I will start on Nolvadex 20/20/10/10.
Week 1-2: Life Support
Week 2: Life Support along with H-Drol 50mg
Week 3-7: Life Support along with H-Drol 75mg
Week 7-9: Life Support along with Nolvadex 20mg (possibly a test booster...not sure)
Week 9-11: Life Support along with Nolvadex 10mg
Can you guys give me some type of help with this? Does this look reasonable? Thanks!

prohormone protocol from what i have read:
1. keep the dosage the same the whole time, don't pyramid, don't tapper up or down for the best results WITH THE LEAST SIDE EFFECTS
2. take Liv-52 or milk thistle AFTER you are done with the prohormone to correct any liver problems, not while you are on it. the milk thistle/liv-52 can break down some of the prohormone and make it not as effective
3. DO NOT DRINK ON IT, YOU WILL CAN DIE OF LIVER FAILURE. PROHORMONES ARE MUCH MORE LIVER TOXIC THAN MOST STEROIDS
4. take the nolvadex or pct drug of choice for 4 weeks

The OP is 22. No prohormones for you!

Speedy, you don't. You have no business doing prohormones or steroids at 22 years of age.

You need to reconsider what your doing its not worth the risk.

I agree you are too young but you are likely to disregard this valuable advice so...
I would think of stretching it out to 6 weeks. A lot of gains can be found in that last week. I would also suggest 15-20g of Taurine a day. I suffer from wicked calf and back pumps on Hdrol almost to the point of debilitation and the Taurine can really help with that, that said I normally do 60,90,90,90,90,90.
Think of added a test booster to your PCT. Wouldn't hurt.
Currently in week 5 of my cycle and loving the nice dry gains Hdrol gives. Just watch ya liver.

^Just because he is going to disregard the advice doesn't mean you should still tell him how to do it. That is like saying to your child "No candy before supper then still end up giving him candy"

I agree with his with KIWI here. When that guy is not a child we are not to tell him what he can and can't do. It would be much nicer to try and lead youngster with good information and not sh*t on them. either way when someone thinks about these thing they will do it regardless so the best thing to do is try and educate them. My 2 cents.

Iirc, hdrol isnt all that liver toxic.
That aside 22 is no go for aas, ph, os, etc.

this is a conservative board .we do not want to advise people under the age of 25 to use aas, or ph these are not safe alternatives.but we never want to steer anyone in harms way, or watch them self distruct....

^Bad advice here! Sure he isn't a child but I am here in this thread to help him make the right decision and your advice is not helping him in making the right decision. Advice that is good can help him so much more then just ignoring the fact that what he is wanting to do can easily damage him more then help him in the long run.
