Does testosterone strengthen the respritory system ??

I am almost sure the answer is "yes". When I was on test and doing my cardio runs, I was running like I was a teenager again. Now, I am off cycle and I just tried to push myself on some hill work and it was hard as hell. I love testosterone . I am a helluva man when I take it.

A testosterone injection along with an Albuterol nebulizer would be the first thing prescribed for a patient with a sever asthma.

^^ that makes two of us. You're cardio is better because all AAS raise red blood cell count. Some more than others. More red blood cells means more oxygen carried to you're muscles

Superb answer, Scotty. I wasn't sure of the biological reasons, but I was thinking along the lines of your muscles being stronger and your answer gives a more "in depth" reason why they're stronger. Of course, a muscle builders cardio should be fast and hard running as opposed to long and slow. Also, inclines are a great cardio strength builder.

I'm not much of a fan of HIT to be honest, usually stick to some light work on the bike.

It's a very common practice to give the elderly test im injections to build up their strength if they're having respiratory problems.
