    How much Keto with clen?

    just curious as to if 1mg ED is enough keto with clen or do you need to be taking 2mg?? seen a few different numbers out there and wasn't sure if i need to bump my dose from 1mg to 2mg.. i have two bottles so it won't be an issue, but my friend is running clen too and i was going to give him my other bottle if i can get away with just one mg a day.

    I've heard that 1mg is enough daily (err...nightly), although I'm sure 2mg wouldn't hurt.

    I'm with your machine, I've read both 1mg and 2mg. I'm going to try 1mg for 20 days and 2mg for 20 days on my 40 day clen /keto/t4 cycle and see if it makes a difference.

    I've heard 1mg to 3mgs is the normal range but 1mg worked well for my five week cycle.

    i personally have used 1 mg and 2mg on separate occasions. the 2mg worked A LOT better..

    That article suggests 3-4mg/day. That would put me into a coma. I use 1mg/day and I still wake up very groggy. 1mg for me is effective.
