    Congrats to the New VETS

    I would like to take this opportunity on behalf of all the Mods to congratulate our three newest VETS Aragorn, MadMax, and Warrior. You guys have shown great knowledge and maturity and have truly made this a better board. This is something that has been on our to do list for quite some time. You three were at the top of a long list of great deserving members.

    I would also like to take this opportunity to thank all the senior members who have worked so diligently at making this a great board. There are many members who are outstanding in both their dedication to the board and the wealth of knowledge that they bring here on a continuous basis. While we feel it is important to limit the number of Vets and Mods on the board so that the title can remain meaningful we want you to know that your hard work has not gone unappreciated or unnoticed. We will continue to elevate peoples status on the basis of merit and at a time that seems appropriate with the population of active members with that Status.

    I think that this board is the best and wiil continue to be the best for some time now. Boards where rude and negative comments have free reign are counter-productive. And im not talking about free speech. All that banning crap drama and system shutdowns and oh no BIg kev gone, boooh, all happened for a reason. To weed out the losers and keep the faithful here.

    I think the new Mods are a perfect choice and Im glad this board is only getting better. This board has helped me greatly and Im thankful. Cheers

    Congrats bro's......I too have been wondering about Aragorn. Very well deserved my brothers. I must say how much I enjoy this board, it's my home away from home I guess you'd say. I just wish I had a computer at home so to spend a little more time here learning and helping others. Again congrat you guy's, my hat's off to you.

    Clearly, Rickson is talking about me here, and i'd glad he didn't embarrass me by coming out and saying it. I'm kidding, of course. Despite being one of the more knowledgeable guys in my circle of friends and at almost any gym i walk into, it is great to come here and be humbled daily. Of course, I am going to fall back on my one laurel and suggest that the new vets celebrate their new status by making an appearance at the "ten random things about you" thread. If i recall correctly, none have yet done so. COngrats guys.

    EDIT: my apologies to MadMax who did in fact post there (how could I forget).

    Well I don't know all of you that well, but it always good to see deserving members recognized as Vets. Unfortunately I am not around as much as I use to be, but I am sure you earned this. Congratulations to a much deserved new title.

    There are a lot of senior members on here that have been around since the beginning, some that I would consider good friends of mine, and it's great how everyone helps to improve this board everyday. It's not just the vets that makes this board great, but its the mods, members (female and male), and well I guess the supermods sometimes too. Thanks to everyone for making this board what it is. This is our (everyone on here) board, and I like to see the respect that everyone shows it. It definitely is noticed, and it's what makes this board the best on the web IMO.
