I started to clean my receptors with 2mg of Keto a night but about 2 hrs after I fall asleep I wake up with the munchies and I feel like I just smoked some weed or something. I end up pigging out and right now I am trying to get cut so my diet is really strict as well as being on a caloric deficit.

Keto is working on one end but throwing a big wrench in on the other. Anyone have any clues as to how to combat this? I have tried chuggin tons of water to fill me up but it doesn't work.
