3rd Cycle plan advise
25 years old
107 kg
182 cm
20 or 21 % bf
4 years training on and off
3rd cycle
1st cycle was
test E 500mg/week 12 weeks
2nd cycle was
Test E 500 mg/week 12 weeks
Deca 400 mg/week 10 weeks
Body fat reached 9 %
PCT
Clomid 100/50/50/50
Nolva 40/20/20/20
HCG 5000 i.us /week for 2 weeks
Blood and Test results were great
3rd Cycle plan:
Test Prob (USP) 600mg/week
Winny 50mg/eod
Trenbol V (Trenbol hex 75mg, maestrone 100mg) 525 mg/week (planning to exchange the product if i got more info about it to Tren A)
PCT:
Clomid: 100/100/50/50
Nolva 40/40/20/20
HCG 5000 i.u's/week 3 weeks
PS: before starting the cycle i'm dropping my body fat to 15 % than ill start with it.
after i finished the 2nd cycle i injured my knee in rugby so its been almost a year out of gym and i started couple of months ago.

Totally agree^^^ you would be amazed with how fast your muscle memory will kick in and the gains you can make naturally after taking a long break. Just keeping pounding the weights bro and stay safe.

So i will postpone it for a while ill keep pounding as i'm doing. But in general is this a good cycle for later on?
