your body is still growing hormonally and taking aas could screw up your endocrine system and body as a whole if you take them at that young age. It is usually advised that no one under 25 take any form of steroids or prohormones

That doesn`t mean he won`t have to get on TRT at some point as a result and he may have stunted his growth.

lol dont take it personnally man people on this site hear the same things 100 times a day so dont take it to heart... make sure to read as much as you can in the educational thread pct is more important than the cycle itself..

i would advise against it but i wont try to be a hypocrite. i did a cycle of sust when i was 18. the one thing i didnt have to worry about was stunting my growth..lol im 77 inches or 6'5.

i would research workouts that help increase natural test levels. they would be more beneficial to you at your age

I always love that statement we hear 10x a day. I also knew 18, 19 yr olds who used and didnt have a problem............ until they where in their 20s, then they had plenty, 30s, it was game over. Couldnt cycle anymore, gyno surgery, ed issues and one had his liver give out at 22. Good times. I'm glad I was needle shy and didnt like taking pills I wasnt sure about.

    AGE
In humans your Endocrine system is not fully functional until an average age of 25yrs, although the main development is up to around 21yrs it still fluctuates a little bit up to its fully functional age. There is a risk of permanently damaging your HPTA if you take AAS to young and you could end up with symptoms of andropause and HRT for life. Symptoms could be Limp dick, low libido, depression, low energy, low endurance, erection problems and many more but.......are these the types of symptoms you want to have in your 20's?. Believe me its hard to cope with these in your 40's yet alone in your prime of your life.

Around this age your Testosterone levels are the highest they going to be in your life naturally, so use what you have and don't take the risk of damage, I am passionate about this because ive seen it many times with young kids wanting to looking like their heroes and they think the answer is in an injection/tablet.

Taking AAS to young can also cause problems with development, one other main problem is premature sealing of your epiphyeal bone and the consequences mean that you wont grow as big as your genetics could allow you to, there is a test which can be done to see if your growth plates have sealed yet but the average age is around 21yrs old.

    TRAINING
You need a few years of hard training under your belt before even considering taking any kind of anabolic support, people who jump on a cycle to soon without having some quality years under their belt usually results in injuries, it takes time to develop your connective tissue, tendons and nervous system to heavy overload training. Slowly getting your own system use to these kinds of extreme's will only help in muscle growth later on when you do decide to start taking AAS.

Build a solid foundation for muscle tissue to grow and maintaining and development will be far greater than without it. Many younger guys will start cycling before they have reached their genetic potential which is crazy when a good solid diet and training program will be far beneficial and productive to muscle building.

Workouts should be mainly focused on basic movements with a priority of over loading the muscle each and ever time you train, increasing your strength and ability to lift in proper form will help with building the foundation for future development

    DIET
A lot of younger bodybuilders don't know how to eat. Researching and understanding how your own body responds will help you get to your natural limit, the right food at the right time and a full understanding of proteins, carbs, and fats will only help you succeed in achieving your natural goals. Keeping a diet diary will also help you understand the importance of macro, nutrients, calories and should help you see in which areas you could be going wrong in adding lean muscle tissue.

No matter how much anabolic support you have it will be worthless without proper nutrition, food will help build and maintain your valued muscle weather its natural, cycling or in PCT. Adjusting your food intake and consuming muscle building foods coupled with a solid training program will help you achieve your natural limit and foundation before you start AAS use.

This area is a huge problem with the younger guys and I can't express enough how important diet/food is when first starting out, post and pre training nutrition are very important and understanding how to load and feed the body will help push growth and create a very natural anabolic environment.

@ Marcus300, cheers for that really appreciate the feedback, thats all im asking from you guys, just some advice.do you think you could help me with a eating plan aswell? about 6 months ago i went on a weight loss spree and lost 15kgs in about a month, lost hardly any strength, this is mainly because i wasnt eating well.some days i wouldnt even eat anything, and still train at the gym and do alot of cardio.if i did eat it worked out to be about 1000calories or less, not good i realise now.
but now i am stuck on what to eat without getting fat.im currently not using any protein creatine or pre workout supps.due to being a little poor, but when i get the money i will be back on the supps.but i need some help on what types of food to eat and how much of the foods to eat.would highly appreciate it if you gave me a helping hand.

@everyone else, told my m8s that i made a thread on here and they said oh shit did u say how old u r and i told them i did and they said ohh ur just gonna get the shit laid into u.soo true, wish ya'll would just take a deep breath and explain to me insted of just saying 'no your too young' blah blah blah.

First go to the diet section and read all the stickies, this will learn you how to eat to grow. You can also post your daily diet in the diet section and ask for help.

Stupid answer and very useless, go lost yourself.

As marcus(the one you should listen here) says, you normaly should wait until 25 y.o. I know young people that use some and at the moment they don't have problems but when they will be older they will pay an high cost this error, you are probobly not growing no more but your brain (endocrin system) is still growing, good idea to read before using goodluck in training

You have sooo much you can gain natually dont shut that off!! I ran a prohormone cycle at 21 and took me 9 months to be able to gain muscle and get a erection again. Not to mention i didnt know shit about pct and lost all my gains and then some. I took 5 steps forward and 6 steps back. I hate myself for it because I could have improved my diet and gotten just as good of results without the side effects. Ed is bad at 40 but imagine brining a dime peice back to your house and not being able to perform in your 20's. NOt fun and totally imbarrasing. my ripped 6 pack and vieny arms ment nothing at that point!
