Do i have gyno?
look at my avy. my left pec seems to droop more than the right. even now after losing 30 lbs. i noticed it after using a "legal steroid " i bought from a magazine in december, and I was going through gyno symptoms then like hard puffy sore nipples. is it gyno?

It seems the thread is this gyno? appears about once a week on the boards. It almost always involves people who have a body fat of at least 20%. The good news here is that whether you have pseudo-gyno or a combination of both pseudo-gyno and true gyno, in my experience you always have a large portion of the "tit" that is simply adipose tissue that will resolve on its own with changes to diet and cardio. So before taking any other action (other than stopping or altering AAS if currently on cycle and signs of tenderness of lumps are present) just go ahead and make the changes to diet and exercises to lessen BF and breast size reduction is almost certain to follow.
Myself back 6 years ago, before I was excersizing I had a friend point out while wearing a tight tee shirt at breakfast one morning that I had nice tits ( what are friends for). Back then when I would jog often I would feel pain from my chest bouncing and sometimes if I wore a shirt without a tee shirt my nipples would get sore form rubbing on the fabric. Of course back then I was not even familiar with the term gyno so I did not really worry about it that much.
Then a year ago, after starting AAS usage I came to this board and learned about gyno and all its ramifications, and really started to worry about it. Well since that time I have gone from 6' 1" and 235 lbs with 13.25" arms to 6' 1" and 206 with 15.75" arms and although I still have some fat or gyno it is probably 1/6th of what it was 6 years ago and certainly not noticable by in a tee shirt or even bare chested unless the person doing the viewing was a body builder.
Good luck with it, hopefully you will continue your transformation and by the end of summer any worries about it will be a distant memory as they are for me.

christ man, rey mysterio is after gaining weight
seriously tho, there are two types of gyno 1. due to body fat which can be eliminated naturally through training and diet or 2. breast tissue or real gyno which if caught while it first happens it can be eliminated through the intake of nolvadex or if left untreated the only way is sugery
in your case it does look loke slite REAL gyno accompanied by high body fat percentage, if this is the case maybe getting into shape could eradicate the problem enough that the estrogen related or real gyno may not be too noticable

I'll change my avi, and would appreciate feedback. I stayed with the original because I'm not proud of my muscle size, though proud of fat loss. my new avy will represent the words "toooosmall"
