    this is good?

    hello all .
    my friend got winstrol tabs and clen + ephidrene and want to cut up.
    at what doses do u think he should take them?

    Do a search for clen dosage. It should be cycled for two weeks, then two weeks ECA. Winny tabs should be 50MG ED for no more than 6 weeks.

    here ya go bro, here's the dosing

    Day1: 20mcg
    Day2: 40mcg
    Day3: 60mcg
    Day4: 80mcg
    Day5: 80mcg(Note: Increase the dose only when the side effects are tolerable)
    Day6-Day12: 100mcg
    Day13: 80 mcg (Tapering is not necessary, but it helps some users get back to
    normal gradually)
    Day14: 60 mcgs
    Day15: off
    Day16: off
    Day 17: ECA/ NYC stack

    he doin

    2weeks clen 2 tabs a day
    2weeks ephedrine 2 tabs
    2weeks clen 4 tabs a day
    2weeks ephedrine 4 tabs a day
    2weeks clen 6 tabs a day
    2weeks ephedrine 6 tabs a day
    winstrol for 6 weeks 30mg ed
    and he will be taking 300mg of primobolan to keep size while cutting .
    any opinions?

    I play it by ear when I'm runnin clen . If its his first time with clen definatly start it at 2 tabs. Thats assuming the tabs are .02 mg per. Then he should bump it up as he feals its effects to ware off. The max I would say is six per day

    yea thats what i told him but and its .02mg but what am not sure if it will work good the 2 weeks clen and 2 weeks ephedrine, and he have winstrol tabs , i told him to take them 5 tabs before workout every tab 5mg i donno what do u think???????????????????

    clen and ephedrine might be good enough IMO. With the right diet those 2 can help.

    he should spread the winny throughout the entire day. 5 mgs every 2 hours or so.

    the halflife of winstrol is roughly 12 hours, so he can take 3 tabs in the am and 2 in the pm if he likes.
