HelP!!! need to know how to take Anadrol!!

Hey i just bought a 25mL bottle of Liquid Anadrol , and just wondering to inject or take it orally? i have been told to inject 2mL's a week with my Sustanon .. but not sure if that is correct?? Anyone have any pointers?
