^^^100% correct. Start from scratch. Please get retested for your body fat % and then post your macros but also note your diet for someone on sauce is still to high consider you hold a lot less muscle mass then what was perceived.

I dont know if I would be sensitive to them or not. But I know caffeine makes me sick, but I can not tell you if it is the caffeine its self or the fact that I never consume it that it makes me sick. So honestly I don't know. That is why I am asking for good feed back. And the reason I eat so much is because if I don't, I drop weight very very easy Like I said when I was in selection I lost 33 lbs IN 21 days. When we do 10-20 day field problems I will loose any where from 10-20 lbs depending on how much we get to eat. I am not trying to be defined at all I need the fat on my body for fuel if you understand what I am saying. my last deployment I left at 195 lbs. and came back at 154 lbs and I ate every Fuking thing I could get my hands on. So that is the reason I eat so much. Can you give me an idea of maybe a way to not have to eat so much and keep weight. I will take any advise I can get and use it if it will help me. Right now I take cell-tech and muscle milk and beta-alanine and glutamine, I drink a shit load of green tea and I take a BCAA powder. So any info I can get will be very appreciated . I need it as soon as possible because I am getting ready to deploy and where I am going we have no internet so I need all the info I can get so I can use it. Thanks for your time helping me out. And I appreciate your honest opinion.
this is my diet

0530 4 whole eggs

1730 2 more hours of PT

There in lies your problem your diet. It's not just how much you eat, but specifically what kinds of foods and at what times. You have no complex carbohydrates, that's why your always hungry - your food choices are poor for fuel. Macros = Protein, Carbs, Fats, and Calories of each food, and the total for each meal. Head on to the diet section and I can help get you started and the other more experienced members will give you more in-depth input. However, just a heads up your diet is going to need a complete overhaul.

A few years ago. I've been at group a while now. Honestly, selection was physically the second hardest part of the course, the first hardest part was Sage Infil. If you made it through selection then you are physically suited to pass the course. Mostly your intelligence is tested during the course. I sacrificed PT and fitness just to study language and rehearse dismounted patrolling/battle drills during the course. I wasn't the fastest rucker but I scored highest in my class in Language, was the SUT honor grad, got the second highest GPA in the Echo course, and all I could manage to do during Sage was peer #1 during every peer evaluation. Smarts trump physical ability in the course, at least from my perspective.
