nova/slow down gains
does it make a big difference in slowing down gains if ran throughout the cycle?
anyone experence this?

No, you'll be O.K. But why just have it on hand incase gyno starts.

Scientifically maybe but I have ran nolva with almost all my cycles and got good gains. I am pron to gyno so I take no chances. If you can get it Ldex or adex might be a good alternative.

Nolva lowers IGF-1 i believe, which will affect your gains, but only slightly. If you are gyno prone run it all cycle like i do. If not, just take it if you get signs of gyno.

This is how I'm looking at it nowadays (after getting a recent onslaught of gyno symptoms)
Lower Gains vs Gyno
hmmmm.... doesn't take too much time to know the answer there. Lower gains just means ya get to run more cycles and enjoy. Gyno on the other hand is not something so easily fixed and generally will lower ones self esteem to the point of not wanting to remove their shirt in front of the ladies which equals no need to do any cycles....
