    My 40 day Clen/T3/Keto cut with dosing + prop&var

    There is a ton of people asking for advice on the clen /T3/keto and what dose to take. Based off everything I have read I am going to give the following a run as soon as my order of prop/var comes in. I will post a log once I get started as well.

    If anyone has opinions on this feel free to share.

    Have you ever taken clen , Keto or T3 before?

    No need to taper down on clen. It does nothing IMO. Up your Keto to 2mg ED as I feel this does the best to clean receptors versus the 1mg a day. I from my experience feel the clen kick in way more when dosing at the 2mg of Keto. I would not take that much T3. I try to cap it at 75mcg as you may start to notice a loss in mass/strength.

    Thanks for the tips, I have taken clen a few times now as well as ECA stack a lot but no T3. I know what your saying about the clen but I just figured since I will be taking it for such a long time and with so many other things I thought a slight taper might be a little useful in not completely shocking my body. Why do you think the T3 is to high? I was thinking if I'm taking var and prop with it I should be able to not only keep but gain a little muscle. Are there any side affects that I need to watch out for besides losing strength/size?

    If you've never taken t3/clen before its all about tolerance. U can plan on taking its as you described but you might find that the sides are to bad at the dose you're at just to increase.

    I've ran ECA/T3 and went as high as 150mcg daily But at that point my resting heartrate was about 15% above normal, I was sweating like a whore in church just sitting on the couch. And had a lot of trouble sleeping.

    Bottom line is tolerance, and not taking more than you can handle

    Great tip, I completely agree with you. Everyone is a little different in how it affects them. I will def lower it or increase a little depending on sides/results.

    Im Subscribed man I want to know how this works also. I've ran clen a few times and tapering down even if its fast i feel is safer and helps with your sleep cycle. IMO. Good luck.
