P90x, rushfit or insanity while on cycle

Has anyone done any of those type of workouts while on a cycle just wondering what type of results you got

I know they are gimmicky but I'm curious as to how they changed your physique/results.

those are high intensiy programs that are usually accomponied with a low cal diet and can really strip you of muscle, so i guess the only way i would do that program is on cycle to preserve or at least to limit the loss of muscle. do it right and just do low to med intensity cardio and watch your diet and lose a little slower but you will more than likely just be loseing fat.

I believe that would be more-so with Insanity rather than P90. I'm actually about to start what you mentioned, Winny and Test with mid level intense P90 workout while also using my weights in the evening. Not as familiar with the Rushfit

Not on cycle, but P90X does a lot of sets/reps. As a result, you can't use a lot of weight for most of the exercises...just too many sets/reps. to each DVD. You will, however, get into pretty darn good overall shape with P90X. Should help burn a lot of fat. P90X kicks my butt and I like the results better than when I was heavy lifting at the gym. But, you are not going to gain much muscle mass with P90X.
