i'm looking to gain about 10 to 12 lbs of lean muscle and drop about half my bf.

Does anyone else here think it will be hard to gain 12-15 lbs and cut BF by 7.5 % on a cycle? i personally wouldnt use deca if you are trying to cut BF. I would stick with test, EQ, Winny and eat VERY VERY clean. Otherwise, you will put on some fat.

Ya it is going to be very hard, IMO imposible unless the cycle is really long. But they are only goals, I have never seen anyone say I want to gain 5lbs and not lose any BF on this cycle.
