First Cycle - Tell me what you think!

Hey guys, starting my first cycle and I'm looking for some advice and tips on how to run it.

I'm planning a 6 wk cycle with:

300-400 mg/week Test Enan
400 mg/wk Decca

and for PCT i have Clomid. I'm thinking of starting this 3 weeks after last inject of Decca.

My questions: Should I run the Decca for a week or two then start the test or run the test first? Or both at the same time.

Forget the Test E for 6 weeks, what about the Deca for 6 weeks!

Just run the norm man, Test E 10 weeks, you always need some Test in the cycle...well almost always. The Test only cycle will tell you how you react to straight Test, then if needed you can add another compound next run.

So I did some more research and found a better cycle that incorporates what y'all have been advising. Here is the new cycle.


Weeks 1-10:
*500mg testosterone per week
*1 quarter tablet of Fincar per day (1.25mg)
*1 quarter tablet of Arimidex every other day (0.25mg)
*1 tablet of clomid every other day (50mg)
*320mg of standardized Saw Palmetto Extract per day

Week 11:
*300mg testosterone per week
*1 quarter tablet of Fincar per day (1.25mg)
*1 quarter tablet of Arimidex every other day (0.25mg)
*1 tablet of clomid every other day (50mg)
*320mg of standardized Saw Palmetto Extract per day

Week 12:
*200mg testosterone per week
*1 quarter tablet of Fincar per day (1.25mg)
*1 quarter tablet of Arimidex every other day (0.25mg)

Where did you get the idea of varying your dosages of test?
Your going to be shut down regardless, dropping the dose down will not help to bring back natural test.
Running clomid throughout is pointless, use the arimidex for estro problems.

Your outthinking your cycle bro, no need for all that crap. Drop the palmetto, clomid on cycle.

Test E 500mg/week 1-12
Arimidex .25mg/eod 1-12
Optional
HCG 500iu/week 2-12

PCT
Nolvadex 20mg/ed week 14-19
Clomid 50mg/ed week 14-19
Optional if signs of gyno
Arimidex .25mg/ed week 12-19

Where did you get the idea of running deca/test for 6 weeks??? That is just stupid...

Well my buddy ran just the deca without the test and loved it. I got the idea for the test on the Deca-durabolin page of this website.
I quote, "The moral of this story? Always use Testosterone with your Deca-Durabolin! I suggest 200mgs, minimum, to avoid impotence and sexual dysfunction. For an anabolic effect from that Testosterone, I recommend at least double that, with an equal amount of Deca-Durabolin (minimum). Id also recommend taking an anti-progesteronic drug with Deca-Durabolin (or at least having it on hand): Cabergoline and Bromocriptine are both good choices.

dude you have a lot more reseach to do.

for a first cycle run Test E 3-500mg a week for 10-12 weeks.

Start PCT 2 weeks after your last shot.

Got some Nolvadex to use with your clomid and go to the PCT section and read swiftos post.

Get some HCG and run it 2x a week at 250mg each shot and stop before PCT.

Get an AI to have on hand for estrogen sides.

Dont run deca until at least a second cycle, see how your body does on test alone then slowly add other compounds.

I've already cancelled the order for the deca and will try to get test to carry out the full 10-12wks. I'm looking to gain 10-15 lbs, you think test will be enough? Perhaps I'm underestimating its power. I just feel like I should be adding another compound, but you're all probably right, next cycle...

As for the nolva, I read on stocky121's sticky thread about PCT that the nolv is not good to run. I'll quote it here: Why not nolva? Superdrol and pheraplex are progestins which means that means that nolva can cause or make existing gyno worse. Macrophage69alpha (supplement guru): Clomid does not upregulate the PgR (as nolva does). After speaking with Macro, he recommended stacking clomid (SERM) and aromasin (AI) together. The aromasin is not supposed to have a negative impact on blood lipid levels, like other AI's can.

He recommends taking the AI though. What do you guys think about cutting out the nolv?

Are you saying to save the clomid for after the cycle and not take it at small doses to maintain function?

The article I read on PCT said to stack both clomid and the AI. Is this not correct?
Could you explain a bit further what needs to be changed?

alot of peolple i know will do at least 8 weeks and do go to 10 but as gains slow at week 8-10 never go to 12 and use nothing during cycle with no problems and just do hcg 2x a week after for pct and theyve been on it 10 years and are fine and are stacked !

Thats normally just a test-e cycle though!
