    Will this work for me?

    Hey there im a 25 year old male 5' 6" 210lb I was in really good shape this last year weighed about 170lb and got married and really stoped watching what I eat and really hitting the gym hard I have gone here and there but not how I use to I want to and need to get back in shape im just discusted with myself I have been going to the gym 4 to 5 days a week do about 30 to 45 min of cardio and about 1 hour to 2 hours of lifting I have started this week to do Tren , Test prop & winstrol Im doing 50ml 2 x a weekof each for the first 2 weeks than 1ml 2 x a week for the 3rd week than 1ml 3x a week for weeks for 4 and 5 and that should be my first cycle is this a good option for me or should I try losing some weight before hand ?

    I have also started dieting again usual diet consist of oatmeal or cottage cheese in the am for lunch chicken breast with 2 hard boiled eggs only eat the egg whites and dinner chicken breast with some greens. Is this a good enough diet?

    I would get back down to 170 at least man. Sounds like your bf% is very high. Stick to what you know diet/cardio for a while and if you feel like you need an extra kick you could toss in some clen or an eca stack. I honestly would not cycle man even if you started lol. I am guessing your bf is at least 25%+

    yeah its dangerous cycling with bf that high blood pressure will go through the roof

    I have no idea why i put 50ml im doing 1/2cc of each and then will bump up to 1cc of each etc is this still a bad idea for me i still have alot of the muscle that i gained before and pretty much just have a beer belly lol

    yes you should loose weight and get back in shape first.

    Also that cycle is horrible. You are not using any of the componds correctly. There is so much wrong with your cycle i dont know where to start. You best option is to stop it all together
