just took blood test for Total test mid cycle.. what to expect?

Im taking 500 test a week, just started my 5th week monday.

I pinned 250mg at 730am monday and had blood taken today at 1130am.

I should have the results in 2-3 days.

Im doing this to see the quality of my gear and see if its underdosed.

What total test levels should i see based on this info?
