Deca or Test E?

Hey guys! im new to this forum and i cant decide on my next cycle....
ive read anabolics 9th edition for deca and test e. in there it says that deca has much lower androgenic value than test e and higher anabolic value. So would it be safer to take deca and get more gains? Also deca doesnt affect hair as much as test e does. What do you guys think? is deca better and safer than test e?

and my stats.

height: 6"
weight: 160lbs
Body Fat: 6%
Ive been working out for about 3 years now.

Previous cycling experience: i did a T-Bol cycle

P.S. i understand that i would probably have to take some sort of test with deca.

6ft 160lbs, your pretty skinny dude for training for 3 years, you need to eat more food and lift heavy. Watch the gains come. Remember even if your taking juice, if your not eating enough food you wont grow period.

i know what you mean, ive tried everything! no jokes ! i would set up a crazy diet, with lots of callories, protein, weight gainers etc. but i would gain like 2 pounds! when i took t- bol i gained about 14lbs and kept 10. so thats why i want to take deca or test e with a right diet obviously to get some real gains.

But yes, if you dont put the gas in the car its not gonna move idc how much NOS your shooting into the engine .
