    Needle size for delts

    Alright so heres my stats

    Height: 6'3
    Weight: 205
    and im pretty lean as well probably around 11% BF

    My question is what size needle should i use for my delts 5/8 inch or 1 inch. My deltoids are average size so im afraid 1 inch my be to long.

    I use 1" 23g......im sure you will be just fine with that

    I've used both. They both work. I prefer the 1".

    you could use a 25g 5/8" also but it takes longer to inject
