first Cycle critique, experianced members please look
okay here we go,
age - 24
height - 5,9
weight 172
bf% - 15-16
time in training - 4+ years
diet - current 3000 cals/on cycle 3700 cals
protein sources - WPC, Tuna(springwater), Chicken thighs/breast, deli turkey luncheon meat, Steak, Lean ground beef :Carbs - brown rice, oats, wholemeal bread, wholegrain rice cakes, weight gainer for post workout: fats - fish oil, PB, cashews
Routine - 4 day split/cardio on weekends, nothing on wednesday(rest day)
Only light leg training due to injury(knee cart damage).
cycle:
Week 1 - 10 200mg Test CYP twice weekly
.20 - .25 aromasin ED
PCT week 12-16
nolva: 40 20 20 20
clomid: 150 100 100 75

It is recomended to wait till 25 to cycle, but you are close so I'm not going to bash you. Looks pretty good, I would get rid of the lunch meat, and bump the second week of nolva to 40mg per day. I would also add hcg to your cycle.

Agreed that is BF is kinda high... Whats your cardio look like? Weekends only? Might try moving your cardio to the AM and break it up like EOD to get the BF down before you start. Just my 2 cents...

If you had it meassured accuratly and its 15%, I think your ok to cycle. But being that your a year under the magic number, why don't you spend the next year dieting and hitting the cardio harder?
Do your cardio first thing in the AM with only black coffee in your system. I would go for 35-40min 4-6 days a week. Do HIT (high intensity interval training) for most of those cardio sesions.

Yep cycle is still in planning phase, Ithe lease ends on my house so I cant cycle for at least another 5 months anyways, Bodyfat is a rough guess, i will try to get a pic up for a better estimation.
cardio is 25 mins eliptical low intensity before workouts,wednesday for 1.5 hours. I dont consider it cardio but my job involves high physical manual labour. I will def up my cardio in the 5 months but will only cut my cals a fraction, I dont want to go into a full blown cut atm.
I Will heed good advice and cut out the luncheon meats, I bought a portable oven which is perfect for at work, although a little dry it can cook a mean chicken tit.
