Test-C and Endurance
For my upcoming cycle Im planning on doing all of my Cardio biking. Ive recently gotten back into mountain biking and ride pretty hard. Im wondering if running Test-C is going to slow me down on the trails at all due to leg pumps or for any other reason.. OR if it would actually help in the area of endurance? The increase in RBC's should help my cardio no?

It will certainly help in a sprint or short climb, but the pumps and additional weight (unless you're cutting) will probably work against you in the long run.

You'll be fine. That's what I do is race bikes and there is nothing that T does that holds you back. Most pro's take T regularly for recovery, it's a staple.

keep the dose at a low to moderate level
and keep the estro under control using a serm not an AI to protect your CV system
enjoy

Why will a serm be better than an ai for CV?

Tbol is a monster for cardio and strength. Low dose test with tbol at 50-60mg per day is great for endurance. I know. Look at my screen name.

SERMs have a positive effect on lipids. AIs have a negative effect (though Aromasin is not bad in this respect).
However, a SERM won't reduce estrogen, which is the whole point here.Last edited by Bonaparte; 06-15-2011 at 12:09 AM.

Understood, but whats the connection with CV system, AI's and endurance?... Maybe I misunderstood what hes saying, I thought there was a correlation with endurance and cardio here.
And I think you mean the Nolva wont reduce estrogen?
BTW as a side note, I talk a lot about l-dex because its so readily available, but Anastrozole is a much better way to go IMO...Last edited by ACE5HIGH; 06-14-2011 at 11:52 PM.

He wasn't talking about endurance. I think he just meant that a SERM would be better for your lipid profile (which is important for cardiovascular health).
And yes, I meant a SERM won't actually reduce estrogen. Good catch.
Also, "L-dex" and Anastrozole are the same drug, just in a different form.

I agree most would go nolva. Im particularly sensitive to estro sides and typically start with l-dex or Aromasin .
