6th week test e feeling sluggish

on my 6th week and was wandering if running adex would cause a person to be sluggish because of less estrogen? just don't have the energy I did prior to starting my cycle.

I also changed my workout time from the evening to the morning. Could that make a difference?

Working out in the morning could be making you tired for the rest of the day. Are you waking up earlier to workout? Or are you getting less sleep due to working out earlier?

A little bit of both. Its just strange to me that i used to get up a 4:30 am drive for over 2 hours, work all day, and get home around 6:30, workout from 7:15 to 9 and get to sleep around 10 giving about 6.5 hours of sleep and I would be fine. Now I'm getting about 9 hours sleep a night instead I'm working out in the morning and just feel sluggish throughout the day. Doesn't seem that my pre workout NO/Energy drink is doing shit for me either.

Well that is more than likely the culprit. You need to get proper rest on and off cycle. I mean you have to think if you are getting less sleep then you will be more tired

Also..... increased red blood cells and a heavier diet can cause sluggishness..... yours seems to be from the schedual change though.

I am averaging probably 8 hours of sleep which is more than I used to average. I am eating a lot more than I have been recently. Probably a culmination of the diet and the schedule change.

One more question. If i am not showing any signs of gyno, do I continue to take the adex?

I personally dont recommend running an AI on a first cycle due to the fact not everyone is prone to estrogenic sides. I prefer having Nolva on hand and running the test only. If a problem arises then you would use the nolva until it subsides. If a problem does arise then after the Nolva i would start on a low dose aI and work from there

think i'm gonna stop the adex. i have nolva, chlomid, and letro on hand so if gyno shows up, i got it covered.

Stop the AI dude dont use unless you need. I ran a AI my first test cycle and sex drive was nothing special, joints hurt etc.

This cycle Im not running and no gyno symptons and sex drive is INSANE,

I have on hand if needed.
