    Tren/Primo/Test Cycle HELP!!

Ok, so I wanted to do a short cycle and this is what I could get my hands on...

    1 x Trenbolone Acetat (10ML)
    1 x Methenolone (Primo) Enanthate (10ML)
    2 x Test Propionate

I am trying to figure out the best way to go about my dosage and I've got 2 ideas at the moment.

    #1
    Day 1 - 1ML Methenolone
    Day 2 - 1ML Test
    Day 3 - 1ML Methenolone
    Day 4 - 1ML Test
    .
    .
    Day 21 - 1ML Trenbolon
    Day 22 - 1ML Test...
    Until Complete.

The reason for the Methenolone first is because of the 10 day half life...
Day 1-10 It would be Test only
    Day 11-20 Test/Meth
    Day 20-30 Test/Meth/Tren
    Day 30-40 Test/Tren

    OR

    #2
    Day 1 - 1ML Methenolone
    Day 2 - 1ML Test
    Day 3 - 1ML Tren
    Day 4 - 1ML Test
    Day 5 - 1ML Methenolone
    Day 6 - 1ML Test
    Day 7 - 1ML Tren
    Day 8 - 1ML Test

    The thought process..
From Day 2 until complete Id be on test
From Day 4 until complete I would be on Tren
From Day 10 until complete I would be on Methen

That cycle is absolutely terrible. You can not build a proper cycle with what you have. Wait until you have enough gear to do it right.

Yes, its a first cycle and I don't have any real goals. I'm just deployed and working out and found someone out here who I could get my hands on some stuff. Using what I have, what more should I try to get to get a good complete 1st cycle?

As a first cycle you shouldnt be using anything more than test, preferably a longer ester such as cypionate or enthanate. The reasoning behind this is that running one compound will allow you to know where the effects are coming from and if any sides appear, you will know what is causing them. The longer ester is due to the fact that having never pinned before, the minimum of every other day injections with prop could be very cumbersome

Diet and Workout section...I've been dieting and working out for 8 years. Im ready to go past maintaining. Why do I need to have a specific goal in mind? I've got 2 aas that can be used for cutting or bulking, but most people prefer to cut with them. I can get my hands on more of what I do have if you think that may help.

Without a goal what are you doing? I mean what is your goal of working out? Why do you want to do it?

And dieting and working out for 8 years doesnt mean you have been doing it right. Your diet alone can help with some great gains

The fact that you cannot answer 'why you should have a goal' makes it clear to me that your not ready for AAS'

I also know your not ready because you have done little research... And we know this because of the proposed cycle that you came up with...

You probably think I'm being a dick now.... I'm not! I'm just telling you the truth...

    Training
5 day split currently in the process of changing cause I work a schedule of every 3 days I have a 24 hour shift when I wasnt getting to go to the gym that day and now I can go as of yesterday but here it is currently :

    Day 1 : Bi/Tri
    Day 2 : Shoulders/Traps
    Day 3 Off
    Day 4 : Back
    Day 5 : Chest

I don't incorporate legs into my workout plan because any PT I do with my troops, I have us run and ruck and do leg specific workouts in the mornings

Do u have any macros for that diet?

I really think you need to work on the basics and then when your ready and have enough gear, run a cycle...

But for now the diet and workout section will help you.... I bet

Everything I do is constantly changing. Sometimes I'll go in for 4 weeks and life heavy...5 reps x 5 sets of everything then I change it up and go with 20 reps x 4 sets. Constantly changing, its never a dull moment.

As far as macros in my diet, yes. But not very often. Fish foods probably once a week, vegetables 8 times a week, as for the whole grains..daily

You and other think that changing is a good thing...

    My opinion is this...

When you keep changing your routine you never get into the groove.... You say well I dnt wanna be in a groove because I will plateau...

In fact yes you do wanna get into a groove... You wanna come in each week knowing exactly what you did last week and what you have to do this week to beat last weeks session...

    Weight, reps etc....

The only factor than need to change in a routine is the tension overload

Progressive tension overload is all u need to do... Add a tiny bit of weight each wee and you will grow...

Judging by your picture you probably know what your talking about, but I know that my method of getting stronger is working too. Before I do a heavy routine I get my 1RM, do the few weeks and get 1RM again, its always higher. When I switch it and go for volume, again...1RM after, much stronger then a heavy session. but I stay with heavy sessions cause they are what is getting more size.

For a first cycle, what do you suggest? edit marcus - no price talk please
