    Hi! first cycle information!

Hi everyone, I would like to introduce myself to this board, i'm Said, i've been lifting for 3 years now, but only up til last year i started dieting for real and saw results.

Now i feel i am ready to take it to the next level as i want to achieve a shredded/lean body as a young age! i've been researching these forums for a few weeks now and i felt the need to register to write this out, would appreciate any suggestions.

    Stats:

    6'1.5
    180 pounds
    8 - 9% bodyfat
    23 years old
    lifting experience - 3 years.
have a set workout plan and diet.

    my macros are around 300 - 400g protein, 70g fat, 300g carb.

My proposed cycle would be of the following.

either TEST E, or TEST PROP, i don't really have a problem pinning so i can handle that.

    1 - 12 test e at round 400 - 500mg a week, 2 times a week
    OR
    1 - 12 test prop at 350 - 400 mg a week, pinning EOD.

I know test prop would seem harsh as a first cycle since it requires alot of pinning but i've heard alot of positives about it such as less sides, bloating and general side effects overall. and not to mention it hits you after 2 - 3 days.

I would like to hear your experiences with test e/test prop.

As for the PCT, i decided i'd stick with the old fashion nolvadex /clomid and MAYBE HCG 4 - 8 week during cycle, AND armidex to prevent any estrogen rebounds after PCT.

My aim is to reach 100 kg with 8 - 9% bodyfat, and i heard test would give the most lean gains on a first cycle, so i crossed out stacking it with dianabol etc.

    ANY suggestions are welcome please.

Just from your macros I can tell your diet needs a lot of improvement. I strongly encourage you to post it in the diet section to be improved upon. 99% of the new people that come on here think they have an awesome diet but frankly are useless. If you are only 180 lbs you are not eating properly. There is no excuse to not read 200 lbs @ 12% bodyfat if you are 6ft and over. If you cannot do this naturally no amount of steroids will ever help you achieve and maintain your goals.

In addition, you still need to wait a few more years before considering AAS. This is because your tendons/ligmaents are still developing and hoping on steroids before building a strong base can have you critically or fatally injured. More importantly, your endocrine system is not fully matured yet. This means your hormone levels are still fluctuating significantly and shutting yourself down prematurely greatly increases the risk of poor recovery, regardless of PCT. This can lean to problems for the rest of your life. These are all problems associated with low testosterone :

    - Depression (And in some cases Behavior Abnormalities)
    - Fertility Complications
    - Erectile Dysfunction
    - Problems with maintaining weight
    etc

Finally, while improving on your diet and training you should spend more time doing indepedent research by reading the education threads because your cycle would also require improvement.

Basically, you are not ready to cycle and should fix your diet and train for atleast another year before taking AAS. I'm sorry if this is not the answer you wanted to hear but it is the advise that will be most beneficial and safe in the long run.

Whether you want to listen or not is strictly up to you. We are not your parents or have any emotional attachment so if you mess up your body we won't lose sleep at night, but if you choose to take the advise people here would be more than happy to help with your dieting and training.

In any case, this board does not advocate helping those under 25 use AAS so this is the best and only answer your going to receive from board members.

23, 25, 30, 40, doesn't matter, i believe im fully grown, as for that endocrine system crap, what happens to a 40 year old can happen to a 23 year old, i'm going to do it regardless and i've seen plenty of 20 year olds get help on this forum, thanks for your concern.

Then why bother posting in this forum ? If you had taken two minutes to read the rules we don't help those under 25 with Steroids . If you think your the exception and a self-proclaimed endocrinologist then go right ahead - as previously said nobody cares if you hurt yourself at the end of the day we are not your family. Feel free to show a thread where a person explicitly stated they were 20 years old and then received cycle advise.
