Im about to start pct a week and a half from now and I was wondering what you guys use supplements wise to hold onto strength and size, also how well does it work for you?

So far I have:

BCAA'S 10g during workout
Creatine 10g post workout
tribulius
tongkat ali (long jack)

As well I take caffeine and ephedrine once or twice a week when I really feel terrible and need some help in the gym.
