Are u not just sorting your diet out in the diet section....

Trust me, you need to put the effort into the diet and grow with that first.

And what are your stats, including cycle experience

oh mate. your gonna get flammed for that.

6-7 cycles and 20% fat. i dont wanna sound rude but thats embarrassing.

get the diet in check and once you drop you fat% to a decent level then jump on a cycle.

    good luck

So what you are saying is that you could not adjust your diet and maintain a cardio program to help you mantain or loose body fat while you were healing your shoulder? No doubt you would loose a lot of muscle mass in your upper body with an injury like that but you could still have done some lower body work on machines leg curls extension's and such to keep you legs at maintainence or growing not to forget abs and some lower back work. Where there is a will there is a way and you really do get what you pay for.

Sorry dude, from someone who once let himself go i completely agree.... a shoulder injury doesnt add calories to your diet, nor do they prescribe twinkies.... get the diet in order before competely shocking your body and getting frustrated cuz the scale wont move, do the gear next month when ur at about 13-10%bf
