    Question Rdy2GetFlammed.1st cycle Help.LOL

    Okay so here is the deal dont blast me please lol,Iam 24yo 5,11,244,25% bf,
    i know all the estrogen sides i am risking but i ve been out from training for a year due to an injury,So i aint going to lie i just wanna get back to my old self faster,i did one 6 week cycle of anavar only before only experience,i know dumb idea but i liked it minus the low sex drive lol,ne ways i was thinking about doing sustanon 500mg a week ,anavar 60-80mg a day ,adex .25mg eod,and then either a clomid or nolva dex pct,Should i add winnie or drop anavar for winnie?,thing is im not 100% sure about how long i should run the sus with all the esters i was thinking 6-8 weeks advice please
    ?if someone could set me up a nice little cycle it would be muchly appreciated,
    p.s dont flame me about the high bf% i have buddies on here who have done cycles w/ higher bf% with great success,I m just asking for a little help,better safe than sorry ,and i will be running a low carb diet on cycle ,eggs chicken steak all that good stuff only lol and lots of h20,any help is appreciated thx guys great to be back!!!!!

    No flame, but why don't you go on a juice fast or something ... fiber, cardio, sauna... do something man before attempting to run a cycle at 25% bf. Sustanon and anavar going to cause you to gain even more weight... 244 and 5'11... damn dude, heart attack much? Seriously, you already know what we're going to say. Cut up naturally, get to at least 15% bf before considering this... especially a mass cycle like that.

    I'm not gonig to bust you about the bf%. But if you havent been training for a while and jump back and on cycle you can injure yourself again. Your body needs to get back into shape again. Not just meaning bf%

    ya i agree forgot to add that i was going to add cytomel and clen which i currently have ,maybe i will do a little fasting first for a week or two,and lots of cardio,Yeah all the drugs ive done in my life dont help my heart none either lol jeez.FML

    Yes body fat aside you have been out with an injury which means your tendons and ligaments are not as strong as they used to be......this can cause serious injury if you use juice and your muscle strength jumps up fast. Also after time off you will see phenomenal results the first few months your back.....then piggy back those results by using something when you start to plateau.

    i'd definitely run both clomid n nolva instead for PCT, especially with the higher bf, you're more prone to estrogen issues

    Lmao,hey thx for taking it easy on me guys , so i am starting a fast tommorow with tons of cardio for 2 week's ,i talked to my juice guy and he said maybe i should take tren winnie and anavar but it is my first time injecting so what do you guys think?He said tren was like a testosterone so you dont need test i never knew that derp what u guys think ...THANKS AGAIN. for Not Flaming Me.ahaha

    Crash dieting isn't the answer. Figure out what your maintenance weight is at then cut 500 calories a day from that. ****ing Tren dude are you kidding me? Your have never injected before what the hell is wrong with you?

    I'd drop the Tren .... gotta learn to walk before you can run its a little extreme for a first cycle and Test should be a staple for just about any cycle IMO

    You're 24 anyways. I would try out OEP or Even ECA hell do ketosis diet then do your research over a 12 month period then tell us thank you for talking you out of doing something stupid.

    lol,yup well sometimes stupid wins the race, you see all these other jackasses walking around jacked juiced out of there minds and never read an article on a forum so who knows who the stupid ones are.Anyways Some more quality advice would be good ,So im going to add tren now , i have cytomel T3 and clenbuterol on hand as well i can add that in ,would be one hell of a first time wouldnt it haha

    Im not going to be a smart ass and flame you but your source is not smart. You do not need tren and it does not take the place of test....many steroids can shut down your body producing test and taking test is the only steroid that will put test in you while shut down. Also at your body fat anavar and winnie would be a waste of money. Get a good diet....and work out for a few months and then start with test only.

    You shouldn't run a cycle if you haven't trained for 12 months - you need to get back into the gym and get a solid training programmed going for many months before even thinking about steroids .

    Your body fat is way to high - you need to get it under 14% before any kind of AAS.

    You should also NOT listen to your source - he doesn't know what he saying.

    You dont want to be implementing a fasting diet - this will be one of the worse things you can do because you will rebound out of this and become fatter than you are now. Go to the diet section and post your diet and ask for help.

    yes the more and more research i do the stupider my friend sounds lol ,anyways i am going to get back into the gym diet right and then think about aas ,maybe use some clen or something to cut down faster as for right now i am just goign to use hydroxycut for the first month or two to give me a boost thanks for talking me out of something stupid.N not flaming lol ....

    haha well i know its better to be safe then sorry ,plus obviously you dudes know what your talking about like i said i know dummies who just juice and dont know shit lol ,but thats just stupid people for ya,any time i have ever needed advice about anything bodybuilding related i have came on here ,no point asking people who dont know what there talking about ,Or people who have never even heard of pct or have never used it ROFL hahahaha.Anyways Thanks again guys much love!

    I am around 20%bf now and cycling, 500mg of sus a week and 60mg of var, in 7 weeks I have increased my calorie intake to around 2700 a day(got my info from the diet section here) I went up 12 pounds, but then down 4, so I'm about 7-8 pounds heavier then normal...the best part is i've lost around 4% body fat had no sides thus far.
