How important is it to have anavar peak in your system when working out?

How big of a deal is this? I'm on 80mg's a day, so should I split 4 and 4? 3, 3, 2? Keep it peaked when I'm gonna be working out? Or does it not matter?

It's not particularly important to have a high dose in your bloodtream while lifting. That is more applicable to androgens like Halo that increases aggression and are used primarily to get better workouts. Just spread it into a few doses (I usually just do 2).

the active life of var is 8 to 12 hours, so over the course of a day, there are no "sudden peaks". I split it up and take twice a day, giving me, more or less, a stable blood level over the course of the day......

I always did 20mg 4x a day spread out. Probably a bit overkill, but I like to keep it fresh in the system throughout the day.

Generally speaking here, why wouldnt you want a peak level of any anabolic hormone at the most anabolic time of your day (during/after working out)?

    Great question OP.
