Are you prone to gyno? Are your estrogen levels high on cycle? If so try 12.5 mg eod to begin with.. I prefer taking it Ed. Then get bloodwork and see where your at.

The taste is nothing man....I am prone to gyno and I had to up my dose from 12.5mgs ed to 15mgs ed. Im starting to go down a bit but may up it an additional 2.5 mgs to 17.5
