PCT Sucks ... Want to start next cycle right now!

How you guys cope with PCT hard time? I'm on day 20 of my PCT and it's really hard to train, I train very short & heavy but less volume and less frequent (only 3 days per week) but still my body doesn't recover well at all and I'm taking all the supplements available on planet! Glutamine, Creatine, Whey, Casein, Tribulus, ZMA and Amino Acids. I did Legs at Friday morning and my Legs are sore like hell. i mean sore like the first time i lift weights ...

thinking about to start next cycle right now!

Are those supplements the only thing you are taking for PCT?

I know and I'm fighting myself to not to do anything stupid! my only problem is recovery, diet and supplements are in check, shall I train with lighter weights?

I used to progress all the time for last 4 months so going backward is so hard to handle psychologically ...

I'm trying to keep my records as much as possible maybe that puts too much pressure on my body, but I feel like if I train light I will loose size.

the only good thing is I got rid of f&cking bloated gut.

As I said Nolva 20 + Clomid 50. I think problem is with the way I train, How do you train in PCT gixxer?

    Day 1: Legs + calves + abs
    Day 2: off
    Day 3: Chest + Shoulders + biceps
    Day 4: Off
    Day 5: Back + Triceps

Hit Sytle, maximum 45 minute in the gym.

also I started a cycle of Clen yesterday do you think it would be helpful?

I am not sure if I am reading to much into your reply but when you said that you saw steady gains for the past 4 months I hope you were not 'On" for 4 months? If so this is for sure the reason the PCT is such a rough one, my personal opinion is that short blasts with short esters are the best way to go for most of those who cycle. Exceptions to this would be those who can not stand pinning every day or two and those who compete and need to run long cycles to achieve the results needed to place well or win.

just aquick pointer on that training schedule, you'd be better doing bi's on back day and tri's on shoulder/chest day. other than that, a 3 day split is a good schedule

after a cycle you wont be able to train as hard, just lower everything and keep a good diet in place and give it time

i wouldnt start cutting on clen so soon either

I've been ON for 14 weeks. first 7 weeks was a cutting cycle with only 30mg Anavar Daily, went into a bulking cycle immediately with test prop and primobolan . I know it's longer than usual but I'm trying to get ready for a show in February so I'm kinda short in time but still health is number one priority for me.

thanks for the suggestion mate, about clen I only use it for anabolic , anti-catabolic effects. I don't do any cardio or low calorie diet.
I know it's not a 100% thing since it's anabolic effects only showed on animals but I guess it's not harmful to take it anyway just like ZMA and Tribulus which many people believe are waste.

agreed. During pct you need to lower the intensity of your workous a bit. Without aas and low levels you can build muscle as fast or recover as quick. So taking it down a notch should help.

Chest/Biceps, Back/Triceps always worked much better for me. I can get a way better sense of where the biceps and triceps are in terms of strength and endurance and I also find I can focus on them better. Have you ever tried it before? I know most do the opposite, and I used to as well. Reason I switched is because they were too exhausted by the time I got to them after doing heavy chest or back to get a good isolation exercise on 'em.
