health issues that i didnt see in the education thread.

Sup guys..my name is Ray.. im new to this site.. and I love how there's a community bout this topic... its very informative..

I been considering steroids .. to basically boost my overall physique, get cut up.. just look good.. I do the regular stuff like pushups, n all that... but not the gym everyday..

im 5'9 165 (use to be 190, lost some weight) 34 years old

Um but what I didn't see in the edu forums was ppl with health issues.. for me..

I have somewhat high blood pressure, high triglycerides (both hereditary) and high liver enzymes becuase of the high triglycerides lol..

Im in decent shape.. I eat right... I currently drink protein shakes in the morning, multi-vitamins, fish oil, and for lunch I eat a protein bar, and either chicken or fish for dinner.. so I do take care of myself.. just have hereditary issues..

    Is anything safe for me??
    suggestions?

    Thanks in advanced.

Ray, I think unless you are suffering from "low t," you shouldn't be messing with steroids . If you are, then you should get put under medical supervision for it.

What you need it to spend time in the diet section. It will have everything you are looking for. I'm not being sarcastic, I'm serious. 99% of the people here even if they do use or should I sayespecially if they use aas need to spend time learning in the diet section.

I agree with the diet section.AAs does have its bad sides. And if you have HP may not be a good thing. And aas you really want to be on some kind of a workout routine. You dont just use this stuff for push ups.Not busting on you.

BP and liver are the first things hit with oral steroids and test does raise bp as well....u can however get a script from the doc for test and add low dose primo, but u should start eating like a power athlete not a kenyan runner(a bar for lunch?) and going to the gym 4 times a week minimum

Thanks for the responses guys... and with the gym thing... I definentley plan to keep a gym if I decide to juice.. maybe ill start off with the test regimine ..

my main curiosity was.. if I do choose to use... what's the best or safest anabolic 's would be for me.. considering my hereditary conditions.

I don't think you should be cycling steroids . I suggested that you get looked at for TRT because if you're suffering from low T, that might help you out.

In my experience and the AAS i have cycled with, they have ALL raised my blood pressure and all orals will affect the liver by taxing it with harsh compounds.

look into hgh and peptides instead u will achieve ur goals better with those givin ur conditions,,,otherwise test only cuz methylated orals hit ur liver hard(there are non methylated orals but u gotta look hard and research what they are.

its kinda dissapointing though because I really wanna cut-up..
ima active person.. im not a fatty.. I have a goodlooking muscle/bone structure..
    **"V" shape upperbody --- no bird-cage here**
I can workout hardcore Cardio/spa/swimming/mass reps medium wieghts...
never get as cut as I desire.. ill get muscular for sure.. just not that hardcore definition that im looking for..

Just though maybe some mild steroids would helpout in that process..

igf-1 will cut u up...when u hear hgh u think huge but i think stallone on cliffhanger.... ghrp6, ghrp2, and igf-1 cuts up fat better than a stimulant fat burner from a supplement store plus it increases lbm(lean body mass) and strength..look into it there is a peptide section somwhere on here
