old man needs help!
My 1st post....I did 2 cycles of deca only, back in my 20's. It did what I wanted it to do and then I just worked out after that. So here I am, 40 yrs old, 265lbs
25%BF. I been in & out of the gym over the past 20 years. I have alot of muscle as everybody thinks I'm 220 to 230. I'm 5'11". Recently divorced and going out alot lately. I wanted a quick change so I bought a cycle of "wini" thinking I could add some lean, hard, mass while burning some fat in the process. I really lose fat fast once I commit to my gym & diet . I still have not started my cycle because I joined this site and have been reading, and reading, and reading. Wow!!! I know I should get in the gym and lose some fat 1st....and probably add "Test E" to that "Wini". But I'm wondering what would happen if I just get started now with wini only? and does this stuff get stale? I mean, will it go bad if I just stick it in the junk drawer for 6 months?

Winnie will not go bad for a long time if stored in a cool dry place. a drawer probably meets that description.
But too much BF% for a cycle.
Sound like a broken record, but what you need is diet, and cardio to lower your bf%. If you feel the need to take a chemical, you could think about some clen . it will help with your weight loss efforts.
next track on the broken record.... all cycles should include test. Winnie will shut your test production down which you do not want to do. (Clen will not shut you down, it is not aas)
Don't avoid the hard work. Get your diet right. Cardio every night. After 20 minutes you begin to burn fat, so make it longer than 20 minutes. Shoot for 30 or 40, what ever you can handle.

Quit lookin for a quick fix.They dont last long.Reason you were doing it for all the wrong reasons.

i'm looking for a quick start....not a quick fix, honestly. whats the maximum my bf% should be before i start?

they say 14/15%

I know some guys that roll up to 18-20% when they bulk, but their very experienced and know how high they can go without gyno/estro surprises. I'm with Songdog on the 14-15% personally, although it's mainly vanity that won't allow me to go higher...lol.

so diet & cardio....get to 15%.....then do my wini & test as my 1st cycle?
