Questions about Clen and others
Hello. I am pretty new to the supplementation world. Well, at the moment i am at about 14%BF, and I am looking forward to cutting to 10% or so. A friend of mine suggested taking this "oxyelite pro", which apparently gave him crazy results, great energy, heart racing etc. etc.
I tried it myself and it didn't do much: I monitored my heart rate and it didn't increase by much, and I didn't notice any effect besides from sweating a bit more than usual.
By the way I am bradychardiac (I never really did cardio in my life by the way, and atm my resting heart rate is at 55-60bpm, and while exercising doesn't ever get above 130-150 (reached 160 once while trying HIIT).
Another friend of mine talked to me about Clenbuterol , but warned me because it can be harmful for your heart making it go "too fast".
I thought to myself: can I use my heart "condition" to my advantage? Wouldn't theoretically taking something such as Clen with my current heart rates be safer than usual?
It's a conclusion I've made without much knowledge so I am asking you guys for more information. I might as well be wrong.
Thank you!

Yes, odds are I won't even bother finding a source etc. and actually using it. But even theoretically speaking I am very curious. Thanks for the input though

Clen is not a wonder drug. It wont burn fat off of you out of nowhere. You have to diet right. And at your age, dieting right is enough to lose that few BF% without the use of a extra compound.
People usually use Clen for getting rid of the last little bit of stubborn fat. But Clen isnt the best for you, especially at a young age. Stick to diet and cardio, and it will come off by itself.

stick to a good diet... meaning NO cheat days or meals... do cardio 20 min twice a day and the bf will come off. Forget about the clen or any other extra help
