Had enough, going on steroids
Hi, I'm 19, 5'8, and weight only 135 pounds. I started working out out when I was 17 and that's when I started eating a lot of food such as fish, chicken, beef and weight gainers. I also signed up for my local gym and started to weight lifting.
It's been two years and I've seen little to no result. In two years I only manged to gain 10 pounds. I'm tired of been skinny so I'm going to buy some steroids but the problem is I don't know a single thing about it. I've read the "Newbies" thread and the age you should start to take AAS and I've already made up my mind to take them because in my family by age 19 you will stop growing.
I wanted to know how many times do you inject a day?
What is a steroid cycle and what should I eat/Workout on while on cycle? I read the thread but still don't know what it is.
How do you test?

None. 19 years old? And 5'8", 135? Sounds like you just don eat enough, and you are too young, even if you think you are done growing. But if you have made up your mind to do steroids once and for all, you should probably have done your research more thoroughly, because I doubt anyone is going to spoon feed information to a 19 year old looking to use AAS. Sorry man. You should visit the diet section and do some research, and let people critique your diet. You may be more of an ecto body type, so you have a hard time gaining weight. And no amount of AAS is gonna change that if you arent eating enough.

So basically you want to inject a steroid , ballon up to 190lbs and then the minuet you finish the steroid shrink back to 135lbs????
Because unless your eating the correct food then that whats going to happen...
So lets start by posting your diet and training routine...
To be clear, nobody here will give advice to a 19 year old on the usage of aas...

Well mornings I drink weight gainers with whole milk
then fried 2 eggs.
Between breakfast and lunch I eat some fruits such as bananas.
Lunch I try to eat high calories and protein foods. Mostly chicken with white rice or ground beef with white rice and on special days fish with white rice.
Before workout I hit the smootie factory and get a cup of rice milk with whey protien and after workout a cup of weight gainers.
Dinner I just usually eat left over from lunch but try to eat till I'm full.

I've heard from many people that I will NEVER have a bulky physique no matter how hard I work because it's simply not in my genes. Steroids are my only option.

Steroids are not answer in your sitatuation, learning about proper training , diet and rest is key to your muscle gain.
Above all of that your way too young to even think about cycling.

Kid you don't get it. STEROIDS DO NOT PERMANENTLY GIVE YOU MASS, MUSCLE OR SIZE. If you can't gain weight naturally, you will lose all the weight you gain after you come off steroids it's that simple. Your diet is horrible and needs to be fixed up - read all the educational threads.

19 dont do it ! two years of training and diet are nothing..... ive been training for 30+ years im 45 yrs old and just started. Im saying you need to be my age but 19? do you want kids ? JMO good luck

To everyone who said that I don't eat enough, It's not that I don't it's more of I can't. I only weight 135 so I'm not capable of eating like a bodybuilder. Steroids increase your bodie's rate of metabolism which will make me have a better appetite.

You'll be more tired of having ED.
PLEASE re-think your plan and please edit post #3.
Come on over to the Diet Question forum and learn to eat.
Food is your best chemical now. Why on earth would you want to mess with your own natural testosterone levels while they are at their peak? Not a smart idea since your own test will think it no longer needs to produce any test then you will end up in the OVER 40 forum sooner than later.
See ya in the Diet forum. We all end up there sooner or later!Life is too short, so kiss slowly, laugh insanely, love truly and forgive quickly.Author Unknown

How would you know that when you dont even know what they even are let alone what they can do? Look when it comes to magic the rabits always in the hat. What im getting at is if you dont know that your diet is 80% of it then you dont know how to get big and steroids is not a magical fix.

There is a difference between eating a lot of food and eating a lot of calories. If the food you eat contains empty cal. such as ice cream, chicken mcnuggets etc.. It is not the same as eating quality foods high in protein and other vital nutrients. That is why everyone says go to the diet forum. You can read other peoples diets and get a Idea of how to eat properly to gain weight. There is also an workout forum where you can work on getting a routine that will help you get size without the use of steroids .Spend a lot of time looking at steroid profiles and effects, uses, side effects etc.. So when and if you decide later on to use steroids you are educated.
Welcome to the board....

Yeah, that diet is weak. I eat more than that when I am cutting, let alone trying to bulk. My diet is actually very similar to Matts, except I only eat chicken and tuna, no beef. Mainly all I eat is oatmeal, whole grain bread, whole grain brown rice, and chicken and chicken and more chicken. And then a bunch of celery, lettuce, or brocolli for my greenies. I go through about 20lbs of chicken a week. Thank goodness for Sams club and their awesome bulk amounts of chicken for cheap.
I would listen to everyone here and realize its DIET that keeps you small.

Dude, two solid meals in a day gets you where you are, at 135... I started working out at your weight and trust me I am a ectomorph and I was skinny as a freakin rail... Took me a long time to "stretch my stomach" to the point that I am now eating 7 meals a day(7 years later LOL). I know how hard it is, when you dont want more food is almost impossible to put it down our throats I'VE BEEN THERE, you need to push it in, everyday, it gets easier and easier trust me... A nice start will be to add one more meal at a time. With your diet now you will probably put on 10 - 15 pounds and lose it completely within 4 weeks of your cycle. Learn to eat first, then juice all you want, you are also 19 so, eat for a couple more years then do it!
I have a personal friend that started a test e tren e cycle for his first run and he barely ate so he put 10 pounds in the first 4 weeks then nothing else happened, now he's back at what he started saying that "roids arent for me I guess"... The problem is food, you cant build muscle out of thin air bro. Best of luck bud.
