Yeah man, it sounds like you need to work on the basics of BBing (lifting, eating, and resting) for YEARS before touching AAS again.

heres a list of the anabolics u need
u need to get 10lbs bags of fromzen chicken and down one of those a week its 10lbs for 10$ at wal mart.
lots of beans
lots of peanut butter
lots of milk.....
u dont even need protien shakes in fact protien shakes BLOCK ur butrient absobtion if ur not a huge guy with trained intesines..cheap protien powders are prven to harden and get stuck to the walls of ur intestines..maybe that is what is frustrating ur growth...bottom line is EAT...the best pumps i get are not from anavar actually or a pump arginine supplement...its from eating like a fat pregnant inbred at a cheap buffet 20mins before i work out...and when ur skin is tearing from pumps u ARE growing more than ever. eat like that or down a half gallon of milk in less than 60 mins 15 mins before your workout that with a cell volumizer product half before workout half after and wait a yearLast edited by AstheticKing; 08-27-2011 at 04:02 PM.

Eating isn't the problem I've been cursed with a high metabolism all my life. Its been a little less than 3 months since I've worked out. I'm 24 years old and 5'11" tall.

be strategic in the times u eat as well though like before a workout..yeaterday i felt like my skin was tearing cuz i ate brisket and beans 45 mins before my workout and downed 24oz of skim milk 10 min before my 1.5 hour wrokout i also take beta alanine and creatine ...u also need to at least get a macro nutrient number of 4,000 calories and get to a good weight for your hieght to take stuff...id say get to 185 at least..it can take u a year if u suck in water into ur fibres and also gain the lean 10lbs from +++calories and workout routine and workin out hard 5 times a week or just workin out constantly

I have a high metabolism too. When I was in my late teens and early twenties, the only way I could put on weight was to eat around 5000 calories a day. My dad is the same way and my son eats more than I do now (which is costing me a small fortune). So it can definitely be genetic, BUT and this is the key point, if you cant eat enough to put on weight now how are you going to eat enough after your cycle to maintain any mass you put on? Most guys never think of that and they don't realize that when you increase LBM your BMR increases. Which means you have to eat more to maintain that mass.
So the point of all this is that you need to learn to eat a proper diet before you even consider AAS.

i seen a write up on some medical research subscription site about a guy whos receptors number was reduced cuz the satillite cells that are recuruited to form new myotubes couldnt function right after a light guy used them too early(((think of muscles as a empty ballon and recptor are dots u draw with markers,if u blew up the baloon before u drew the dots u would use more ink than if u drew them before blowing up the baloons and if ur really light and young ur fukin wit chit)) ...ur probly okay with ur one mistake but wait till u are heavier to cycle again or ull have a hard time gaining.

I think you definitely need to increase you food intake. There are small things you can do to change your diet that make a big difference. I've learned to tweak my foods since being diagnosed a type one diabetic last year. Now, unlike me, you can still eat and enjoy carbs and you should. I'm on a low carb, high fat diet which is the only way for me to put on natural mass considering my metobolic rate and not being able to eat carbs. Instead of 1 or 2 percent milk, buy whole milk. I don't bother wasting my time eating things like iceburg lettuce or celery. I eat dense, heavy veggies and fruits like avocados and spinach. Nuts are great too. You gotta make every calorie count. Eat lots of chicken and fish, not just white meat either. Keep an eye on your cholesterol levels and eat often as possible. You should never get the point where you have hunger pangs.

Gaining isnt my problem. When I cycle up each time I've gained 25 lbs of lean muscle each time
Its when I get off the cycle my drive for working out is shot. I think its because I haven't used any estrogen blockers such as Clomid

Spend the next year eating every 2 hours and researching pct and working out like a mother****er whether ur in the mood to or not. If u can do that, And post a pct and diet that will allow u to keep what u gain then u may be ready. If u can't get ur diet straight and get ur htpa up and running in short order after u cycle and find the motivation to kill the weights off gear then truely what they are telling u is ur risking ur health and wasting ur money for nothing. Gear won't build a body u have to do it urself with diet and putting in the time, even when ur body is screaming "I'm too tired, lazy, etc." Once u master yourself then gear may be able to take u to the next level but u have to master yourself first. BTW, how old are you bro?

have u even tryed beta alanine bcaa supps and creatine to gain wieght yet? and mass gainer shakes at night before bed and food before workouts?
