    On cycle liver, cholesterol, general health support recommendations please guys :o)

    What's the current thinking on on-cycle health support ? I have a very health conscious friend who has been asking me about Liv52, milk thistle, statins, Llewellyns products and tbh I'm a bit out of touch so any input, - especially from Swifty, Marcus 300 - would be brilliant.

    Massive apologies if this has been covered in another thread, I have searched but couldn't find anything
