    Any tips/advice/help

    Hey

Alright so im just about to finish my 6 week cycle on winstrol , and am starting to take PharamaFreaks RippedFreak fat burner. im looking to get optimum results from it.

before my cycle i was 185lb fair amount of body fat not really to toned at all.

i now weigh 175-177lb, much more toned but still want to lose that extra fat an get the "beach bod", ya know get my abs showing.

so heres what i currently do

i train each body part once a week (biceps, triceps, shoulders, back, legs, chest) 5 sets, 15 reps, slow controlled movements. also doing 20-25 mins of high interval training (walk, jog, sprint) everyday. sunday is my rest day.

i try to eat healthy, 65-100g of peanuts a day, protein shake in morning, whey protein post workout, trying to eat lots of meat an veggies.

What im doing will work, ive put in a fair amount of research already but any tips help advice knowledge that anyone can give me thatd be benifical would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks alot.

Sounds like you haven't done any research, to lower BF% you need cardio and diet, and you don't have at all.

Your a text book example of almost all the reasons NOT to use AAS. No research, no PCT, no diet (65-100 g of peanuts does not a diet make), too young, workout in desperate need of help. AAS is for gaining weight, not losing weight.

Seriously Dude, 6'3" 175 lbs 19 years old and trying to cut? WTF!!!!

^^^ everything they said! You have to get your diet together, what you posted is a joke. Building muscle is you best fat burner because you continue to burn cals all day. You dnt need to cut, you need to gain. To accomplish your goal you need to put on lean muscle. Go to diet section get that locked down. And 20-25 mins of cardio isnt jack squat, I get that much activity in the sack.
