Sust and deca... Worth the time??
I am 25 years old and have been in the gym 5 days a week for about 6 years now... Anything you can imagine over the counter (GNC) I have tried... With minimal results... I am 6'0 and 180 lbs. Dont get me wrong im in great shape, but as you all know... We always want more. I found a legit source and was thinking about stacking sust 250 and deca 300. I just wanted some tips on when/how much/and what I should expect. All comments will be appreciated!!!

welcome,, start by educating yourself on what you want to do with the red sticky tabs at the top of this forum. Learn alot just in a few hours

i wouldnt run both. Stick with just the sust
Read about pct you will also need that

@chuck, Dont know what red tab your talking about...
@gixxer Diet is not perfect but I def watch what I eat... No fast food, soda, nothing bad like that. Every morning is egg whites and cottage cheese... gym, shake after, meal 30 mins after shake, meal before work at 4, shake at work, dinner before bed. No shakes all the time... only when money is plentiful ya dig???

i would def straighten out the diet. You may eat healthy but not optimal if you are trying to put on some size. If you cant eat correctly to support the extra weight your are going to put less on during your cycle and probably loose it all after you stop

What would you suggest my Diet should look like if I wanna gain a good 15-20 lbs??? I mean I could google a diet all day long, I just hate DUMB UNEDUCATED people giving me advice....

Nobody is going to do all the work for you. As suggested check out the diet forum and read what good diets look like and then make suggestions to us for your own diet and we will help. Personally I like helping others but I have to see some effort from your part before I offer some of my own. There is a ton of info about dieting alone and we all understand it will not be learned in one day.

Wake: 6 eggs a plain bagel and 3/4 cup cottege cheese.
Usually followed by the gym which I take 40 grams of protien immediately after.
30-40 mins after the shake I eat a chicken breast and about a 1 1/2 cups of rigatoni pasta plain.
I usually work around 3-5 so I'll eat a can of tuna with 2 slices whole wheat bread.
Followed by a Shake of 40 g protien at work.
Then I will come home around 10 or so and eat dinner. ( the girl makes the dinner) but it usually consists of chicken/beef/fish with your usual 2 sides. Potatoes/veggies or whatever.
