Lean muscle mass cycle?!
Firstly I'm not an expert with this, I'm just a personal trainer from melbourne I'm very open to suggestions and please correct anything that needs it!
I've been working out for close to 3years. (take away the 3months from the back injury) Which happened in May 2011.
I've been reading as much as humanly possible on supplementation as well as training guidelines/diet leading into my first cycle BUT!
What to take is where I'm lacking.
I've read that Test is obviously recommended to see your bodies reactions and that tren + clen . Is something NOT to consider for your first cylce, let alone on its own. (lethargy or "tren fatigue" what ever you want to call it...) ]
I'm not an expert with this, I'm just a personal trainer from melbourne
Stats:
170pounds
5"11
Im also 19.
My diets had its ups and downs previously but for the past few months I've been lowering my calorie count. About 500under maintenance to see how id react not only with energy but the weight loss. I also feel as though I hold a lot of water in my muscles !
My diet usually consists of: 1/2cup oats w/ skim milk
Chicken/turkey/red meat.
Cottage cheese
WPI protein shakes x2 a day.
(w/ water after a workout - skim milk during other times)
Carrots/broccoli (sometimes beans)
and
Bcaa's throughout the day.
Please criticize what I've written!
Thankyou

That's the key point and is strongly suggested NOT to cycle do to risk of permanent damage to natural test production, fusing growth plates and many other concerns and yes age is a big factor.
170 lbs and 5'11" you have a lot of room left for natural growth. Work on the diet and you should be able to get up to 210+ of lean muscle 100% naturally.

Just regarding the growth plates. If you're referring to growth stunting and etc, studies as well as my course suggest It's a myth. (not saying it is or isn't)
On another note.
Working days consist of
day1 Chest.
day2 Back.
day3 Shoulders.
day4 arms.
day5 legs.
Should I implement a 6th day or restart the cycle.. or?
I seem to struggle with putting lean mass on. I'm a pretty patient person, i just hate seeing a bulk rather then seeing water mass/fat. I'll have to upload some photos.

Sorry, but NO you haven't. You're diet is too calorie deficient for someone your age and size to put on some lean muscle, and if you spent more than 5 minutes surfing this site you'd have come across at least 30 threads telling you that you are too young for AAS.
The fact that your telling us you're 19 and that your a "personal trainer" yet you don't know how to gain some size is scary. How are you advising others on how to change their physique when you still haven't figured out how to get what you want from yours?

your diet is absolute rubbish and you're too young and too light for AAS. and if your 'course' says growth plate fusion is rubbish, off the back of which breakfast cereal box did you get your cert?

how are you going to put on lean mass with a calorie deficit of 500 under maintenance?

Sounds and looks like your trying to lose weight bro... Not GAIN mass. Calories shouldnt be 500 under your TDEE

Signal, Im not sure what it is with people but I'm asking for help seeing as I can only help others.
I have a skinny unfit father, skinny unfit mother and so on so forth...
I've gained size from a good 3800calories a day + counting them. But the bloated/water/fat look just wasn't something i wanted for the 6months i had it. I then started this diet and lost about 10-15pounds over 4months (not very good I know) I will admit i had a few cheat days (carb load - low saturated fat although)
I just feel like a wall has been hit, my body doesn't want to increase in lean muscle mass anymore. Thats why I'm here for advice, not to be neglected.
But thankyou for the first half.

chcken, brown rice, oatmeal, and eggwhites..... if you eat enough you will grow period. I was a self proclaimed hard gainer also..... turns out I didn't know how to at right.
170 is awfully light for 5'11..... ou can defnately make progress with the help of some of the diet guys here. Sorry to not tell you exactly what you'd like to hear but it would be morally irresponsible to do otherwise.
