    caffeine in coffe

    well i live in the middle east lebanon ,i want to do an ECA stack but her the caffein tablets are banned so i want to use coffe as caffeine source
    so how many usual small spoons of coffe ( like the spoon u use to put sugar in the tea , coffee...) do i have to take to have 200mg of caffeine??

    One cup of strong coffee has about 80-100mg of caffine.

    Really? Even the over the counter stuff like Hydroxycut is illegal? Could you order it from an online supplement company and have it mailed to you?

    That is a good average. I have heard it to be in the 65 - 85mg though. But they are minor differences and it depends on the beans, roast, brew time, water.
