Cyle and CPAP
I'm really anxious to start. I'm gonna run some test e for 11 weeks with some winny towards the end. I've been running through the whole process of sleep studies and getting a CPAP machine for a while now. I'm told it should be here in 4-6 weeks but I would imagine that means March 2013. Here's the question. Is it stupid to start without it.
Fyi - Stuff like ZMA only makes sleep worse because deeper sleep leads to more interrupted sleep due to relaxed muscles in the neck and throat.

You can start with out your cpap. I actually sleep lighter / worst while on cycle. Im a sleep expert & one thing you might want to try non aas related is an adjustable sleep system. Many companies make them but imo the best is a company named Hybrid-Nation Sleep Science drop the science & add a .com & you'll find their site. Deep sleep isnt you enemy its sleep of any sort while laying flat.

I'm way confused. How is a recliner bed going to open up my throat and airway like a positive pressure sleep mask will?

Yes, the increased mass and water rentention from AAS use will worsen your sleep apnea.

do you have problems with sleep right now? test e and a little winni at the end of your cycle shouldn't cause you to lose too much sleep i wouldn't think

It's moderate now. And I would assume my workouts and training will be more intense therefore I'd be more tired.

why do you need a cpap? obstructive (like something blocking it) or liquid based (bloat)
and sleeping in at an angle will help with breathing issues.
gravity will help keep the muscles from completely collapsing into your airway causing you to wake up. thats why the seperate recliner beds are very popular with the older generation because of the angling ability.
also, doing vocal exercises (like singers) and breathing exercises (like woodwind instrument players) will help strenthen the muscles.

Yes, obstructive. I'll look up the excercises too. Thanks.
