What is good first cycle
Hello, Lots of ppl are tellng me alot of different things to use for my first cycle just wondering what you guys would recommend.
Im 5.11,175lbs, 10percent body fat. want to gain some mass with out gaining body fat or atleast not to much body fat. I have used orals before just not getting the results im looking for. pls give me some suggestions.

I think ur 2 slim bro. U should put 2gether a kick a$$ diet & build natural foundation of good, lean mass b4 considering a cycle, otherwise u will b very disappointed by the end of ur PCT.

I agree im really lean already thats why i want to do a cycle to get some mass, I eat 3000 cals a day and eat 8 times. Diet is tuned pretty good. at 175 i have good size, and lots of strenght.

If ur diet & training r working 4 u, if u "have good size, and lots of strength." then y cycle? If upped ur intake, I'm sure u would wow urself within 60 days, & then imagine wut u could do in 12 or 24 months! Giv it an honest shot bro, u wont regret it. Head over 2 the diet section, giv em ur stats, & let them help u put 2gether a diet that will help u reach ur body's full natty potential.

i want to be around 185-190 jacked and cut, been lifting for 5 years. i was 230 fat now its hard to gain mass to get where i want to be.

Up ur intake. 3000 calories is not enuf 4 u.

alright i will give it a shot. just thought a cycle would get me quicker.

Bro post your diet in the diet section they will help you.A lot of us thought our diet was good.When in fact it wasnt.Beacuse if you cant gain weight nat you wont keep anything you get off aas.Diet is key.
