    vets, guidance again please.

    Hey guys,

If you will remember and earlier thread of mine I was about to start a t400,EQ,Winnie cycle. Some of you agreed, others not so much. Well after reconsidering it A) I have pushed the start date back due to a trip I will be taking that would have been right in the middle of the cycle and B) I will be running t400&EQ only for 12 weeks. I will then go off cycle (and yes I have pct all planned out and onhand) and take a t400&winnie cycle coming into the summer months. Currently weighing in a solid 196 @ 12% 26yrs old taking in 3800 cals @ 45/40/15 and am happy with the rate at which I increase natty(around 1 lb. every 2 month). My main question is how long would you guys recommend me be off before my t400/winnie starts up? If you need any other stats or info just let me know.

Time on+PCT = Time off before Starting the next cycle. This is the general rule.

I had heard time on = time off but wasn't certain about pct being included or not.

best way to totally tell is get blood work done before the cycle and blood work done a few month after pct to make sure you recovered that is the only true way of knowing. otherwise as posted time on + pct = time off.
